What we deliver

Two lanes: things you need bought, and work you need done.

Every requirement is scoped against the solicitation before we respond, so what we quote is what you receive.

  • Commercial product supply

    Sourcing & fulfillment

Office and facility consumables, IT peripherals, safety and PPE, tools, furniture, and MRO items sourced from authorized distributors. Line-item quotes with part numbers, lead times, and country of origin stated up front.

  • Facility & grounds services

    Recurring & on-call

Routine maintenance, janitorial, grounds upkeep, and light repair delivered on a schedule you set. Recurring service tickets are documented and reported so your file stays audit-ready.

  • Delivery, installation & setup

    Logistics

Inside delivery, uncrating, placement, assembly, and removal of packaging and old equipment. We coordinate directly with your facility contact so nothing sits on a loading dock waiting for someone to sign.

  • Project & trade support

    Task-order work

Skilled labor and coordination for defined-scope projects, including subcontractor management, site scheduling, and closeout documentation. We work as a prime or as a teaming partner.

How an order moves

Four steps, and you know where things stand at each one.

  1. 01 / Review

    Requirement review

We read the full solicitation, flag anything ambiguous, and ask questions before the deadline rather than after award.

  2. 02 / Quote

    Quote and confirm

Line-item pricing with part numbers, lead times, and delivery terms. Most quotes return within one business day.

  3. 03 / Perform

    Award and performance

One point of contact from award to delivery. If a lead time slips, you hear it from us first, with an option already attached.

  4. 04 / Close

    Closeout

Signed receipts, invoices matched to the order, and clean records handed over so your contract file closes without follow-up.

Why work with us

Being easy to work with is the product.

Contracting officers rarely lose sleep over price alone. They lose it over vendors who go quiet, deliver the wrong item, or hand back paperwork that doesn't reconcile. We built our process around those three failures.

You reach a decision-maker

No call center, no account tier. The person who answers your email can commit to a price and a date.

Quotes come back fast

We target one business day on standard requirements so your acquisition timeline doesn't stall waiting on us.

Documentation first

Quotes, receipts, and invoices are formatted to match the solicitation so nothing bounces back for correction.

Low overhead, honest pricing

A lean firm has fewer costs to bury in a bid. If we can't be competitive on a requirement, we'll tell you rather than pad it.

Ready when you are

Send us the solicitation. We'll send back a quote.

Forward a requirement, an RFQ, or a set of specs and we'll respond with line-item pricing and a delivery date. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so quickly so you can move on.
